I loved this house - The neighborhood was fine- near UC Med. It sold last year for the mid $300's - now the bank will take $214,900- that is a steal. It's had some nice updates too.
Great price for this updated craftsman bungalow close to UCD Med. Hardwood floors, dual pane windows, HVAC, indoor laundry, partial basement, large front porch, detached garage and formal dining room with built in hutch.
